Our Experience

Bloomer Concept has experience working with companies ranging from 10 to 1,400 employees, and our advisory services span boards of directors, executive management, as well as operational and development teams.

We have advised boards on the strategic integration of ESG based on risk analyses and have developed strategies and policies aligned with both the CSRD and the VSME framework.
In addition, we have supported companies in identifying and preventing greenwashing across all external communication, including marketing, product descriptions, and ESG reporting.

We have also delivered keynote presentations and training programmes across industries, educating sales, marketing, and sustainability teams on how to communicate legally and credibly about the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, ISO standards, and ESG.

Who’s behind it?

Bloomer Concept ApS was founded in 2024 by Anna-Louise Wilk. She is an engineer educated at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and has also studied supply chain management, procurement, statistics, and international marketing at University of Southern Denmark (SDU). In addition, she has completed studies in Marketing Law at SDU.

Anna-Louise specializes in ESG and CSRD and has experience as a sustainability engineer in a large consultancy. She has completed ESG courses from the University of Pennsylvania, is a certified Sustainability Manager, and has been appointed European Climate Pact Ambassador for the European Commission, where she contributes to communicating ESG knowledge and closely follows EU regulatory developments.

Jørgen Wilk is co-founder and co-owner and brings more than 30 years of experience as CEO, CFO, and board member within the SME segment. His insight into operations and business development strengthens the company’s ability to deliver solutions that are both technically sound and practically anchored.

Anna-Louise is also a regular contributor to Dagens Byggeri and writes articles for other media, where she shares professional perspectives on ESG, greenwashing, and regulation.
